You raise an interesting point. And also a point that I'm not sure you specifically said: Mr. Darwin is supposed to be there with his evolutionary principles killing off the bad DNA twists and turns. It is how we evolve. Not to restate the obvious.
HOWEVER: Humans have evolved to the point that many of the genetic mutations just go on. So now, with our great respect for all human life, some bad mutations aren't filtered out by dying off before they can reproduce.
So what you have described is a great description of how mutations occur. But now that we have removed much of the evolutionary pressure on BAD mutations, will they live on just the same? And what might l be the ongoing impact on the evolution of we humans?
