Yes, I admit I am a native Florida redneck. SO...know what's the best part of an alligator to eat? The ribs. Cook them just like pork ribs and they are wonderful. Really, they are very good. But you have to be a very hungry family to go through all the effort to eat one.

(And please forgive this journey 60 years back in time. For anyone offended, it was a way of life. I haven't harmed any type of wildlife in many, many years. And even back then we only ate the dangerous/nuisance ones)
