Why, then, did Type A blood, with its enhanced ability to tolerate grains and community life, evolve when man began to live in communities some 12k years ago? Most of today’s vegetables have been altered. Corn, for example, was developed by the Incas. Many of the grains and vegetables available today are different than foods of years ago.

I DO agree that the processing and use of sugar is a major issue.
