We are stating opinions, and I don’t mean to argue at all. That said, I am intrigued by your devolution theory. Two comments.
It was a positive mutation that created Eve, the first real human, some 200k years ago? Obviously a key to our evolution.
Bad genetics are usually weeded out through natural selection. Today a bad heart valve at birth is repaired and the genes that created it are allowed to reassert themselves in the future. I use this as an example of our progressing to the point that we no longer evolve. Which is what I think you are saying regarding entropy? That is has to go somewhere? So we devolve? (Yes I’m being simplistic.) I will think about this. It is an interesting perspective. (I am obviously old-school Darwinian. hahaha)
