Two things:

1. I went from pre-diabetic to a stable blood-glucose level between 85 and 95 while eating very few carbs. The glucose within is that range regardless.

2. I take whole psyllium husks daily. A handful or two in a half liter of water...shaken and guzzled. It really keeps me normal.
