Three GREAT Low-carb Diet Hacks.

I’m not a fan of traditional low-carb. The thing is, any diet must be long term and sustainable. Eating pork chops and bacon for dinner isn’t. But a person can easily live on 30 grams of carbs a day. And there are a lot of great foods that fit. Personally, I tend to eat a low-carb Mediterranean diet. In some ways, what I eat is more in tune with the history of us humans than modern diets. Early on, it was Egypt who was different? They raised wheat. They could have never sustained their civilization on caveman food. There just wasn’t enough of it. So we have continually changed our eating patterns to match the supply. And after thousands of years, considering the many options, we are now out of control.

The thing is, we don’t have to eat bad things. We can pretty much eat whatever we want. Even caveman food. And guess what? The human body can deal with it just fine. EXCEPT: Some of the foods common today are just overload. And they appeal to us beyond reason. So we eat too much. And as a result, we are fighting an epidemic of fatness.

Personally, I have lost 150 pounds. All through diet changes in my normal lifestyle. Along with my low-carb Mediterranean diet of great, fresh foods. There are three things that have helped me a LOT. I would recommend these to anyone.
