This is so strange. I lost 140 pounds and my procrastination greatly improved. I lost the serious eating disorders, and today eat what might best be called low-carb Mediterranean. Every morning I eat eggs and olive oil in some form. I allow myself sugar-free chocolate when I'm in the mood. And small amounts of hummus are often a nightly treat. Why? Because I crave them. So suffice it to say I had to chuckle when I read your comments on dopamine.
These are visible changes that could explain the lowered procrastination. Who knows what other contributing factors were involved. And this was not intentional. I realized the connection when I read your article. But whatever, it really made a difference.
