This is just wrong. This kind of misinformation should never be allowed. Personally, I lost 120 pounds, changed my health and my life, and eat about 40g of carbs per day. I have for over 5 years, and my bloodwork is perfect. This reinforces old stereotypes that just should not be allowed. A person needs to adapt to do what is best for them. And the enemy should be fructose and sucrose. Not low-carbs.
