This is hard to write because of the fine line. I agree completely on canned cheese and processed meats. The problem is that some saturated fats are necessary for proper nutrition. And all fats aren't bad. Cholesterol? Saturated fats need fructose to make cholesterol. As in high fructose corn syrup (sodas), table sugar (half fructose) and the like.

In proper context, that fat on your steak isn't going to raise your cholesterol, and it does add to a proper diet. AS LONG AS: You don't drink that soda with it. Nor eat that sweet. And keep the fructose out of your diet. (More fructose than in a moderate amount of fruit, at least.)

I don't mean to pick. If I weren't so passionate about the power of what you write I wouldn't care.
