The one reasonable medical benefit I've found is that syringe dispensing CBD drops can enhance opioid painkillers, requiring less of them. The CBD occupies space in the body's opioid receptors that replaces the need for so many percocets, etc. This is just my personal experience in recovery from hernia surgery. But it is about the only legitimate medical use I have found. Let me qualify that by saying that it's not like I have chronic anxiety or things like that, otherwise.
