The important thing is 100% olive oil. California Olive Ranch is available in most supermarkets, I think. Local would be to die for. My cholesterol is really low because of the olive oil. Fasting like at 140 and normally at 165 maximum. Good luck, but it is a fun treat. And very healthy.
