Preach this message! It is important in this day and time. Bad enough we eat this way, but the constant encouragement to cut fats and keep the fat vs carbs ratio low is just killing us. Literally.
Personally I have eaten low carb for years. My cholesterol as a result? Generally between 140 and 160. My cholesterol ratio survival rating? 1.5, a full point under the 2.5 considered "low risk".
Experts are killing us. It is a shame.
