Personally, I have been low carb for years and I don't really have any problems with it. I have a good handful or two of psyllium every day for fiber, and eggs and olive oil every morning for breakfast. Rarely do I eat lunch, and dinner is often a Greek salad or a low-carb tortilla with hummus and taboulie, stuff like that. Certainly not meat every meal. I keep it under 40g carbs/day and tolerate it very well.
