My dinner last night was a low-carb tortilla, coated with olive oil, and crisped in the microwave for 3 minutes. I dipped the chips into guacamole and a little hummus. I fried a tuna filet (unbreaded) in olive oil. Breakfast every morning is eggs and olive oil, in some for or another. I rarely need nor eat lunch. I have eaten this way for 20 years. There is no maintenance, I changed my lifestyle.

The point is, I LOVE the way I eat and seriously look forward to meals. And we don't need rice, potatoes, and stuff like that. I EAT BETTER NOW, AND ENJOY FOOD MORE, THAN WHEN I WAS FAT. The idea is to focus on what you CAN eat, and don't worry about what you can't. I never eat smoothies. But I DO use a liter of olive oil a week. My bloodwork is perfect, btw.
