It is disturbing to read truth so horrible that you can't believe it could be true, but know that it is.

The few instances I've been involved in were things that mostly happened to friends. I tried to be a friend. The people I didn't know or didn't like? The support from a stranger seemed to be more appreciated. I assume it is because it was unexpected.

Sadly, I have done some unkind things in my life, and I am so ashamed of them.
