I'm actually a pretty good cook. But lately I am simplistic in what I do. I lost 150 pounds, and de-emphasized food in my life. So now I eat simply. Low-carb tortilla crisps in guacamole, Greek horiatiki salads, heavy on the olive oil and feta...stuff like that. Weird how my menus are repetitive and limited, but I seem to get perfect bloodwork. I think balanced nutrition is oversold here in the US? lol
