I was working in the town of Kochi in the south. I was there three weeks and speak NO Japanese. Some girl asked me if I wanted to date her friend. We went to dinner and had a great time. The next morning the girl didn't come to work and the friend was furious that I "apparently didn't like my date..."

I was a gentleman. Wrong. I was supposed to take her back to my hotel, take off her clothes, and have sex with her. While she pretended total disinterest.
