I was a mess. I HAD to change...or die too early in life. I set my goals on one thing at a time, in the order of importance. I lost 130 pounds and girls now actually tell me I am cute. I run daily and am in great shape for my age. I BEAT DIABETES with the weight loss!!! Easy to say, but hard to do.
Next, I tried being very kind to people. Given an occasional relapse, I've done well. Next on the list? HONESTY!!! I mean really, what a big deal that is. Nailed it. I don't drink and am seriously cutting back on the (legal) medical marijuana. Not there yet, but getting there.
Now I am trying to pick things up, keep the house cleaner, remember birthdays of others...
The thing is, had I not figured out a way to lose the weight, none of the rest of this would have happened.
