I used to run 2 miles, 5 times a week. But it got so bad I could barely run. Now I run 2 miles, 3 times a week. PLUS 4 miles, 3 times a week. Why? Apparently my fatigue was from long Covid. My cardiologist told me to do this. He was right. The fatigue is gone.

As far as my time, I run about 15mph. So the cardiovascular load is pretty good and the 4-mile days even hit your medical-training cv goal of an hour.

Despite my low-carb lifestyle, I eat close to a Mediterranean diet. And one way or another I use a liter of olive oil every 10 days?

Your writing is priceless, and hopefully can inspire others to find their solutions to health. Thank you.
