I too lost 120 pounds. I mention this only as contrast, but my differences were I ate low-carb and still do many years later. I never allowed cheat days. And I ran. For me, exercise was just a part of my daily routine. I also scripted my eating for the most part.

The important common bond we have is that we worked hard to find what worked for each of us.

One thing I wasn't expecting was the adjustment to being thinner. Girls would flirt and I thought they were making fun of me. As would happen before I lost the weight.

The unexpected positives were my outlook and my caring for others.

A very sincere congratulations. You are an inspiration.
