I stopped sativa and moved to a hybrid, and then only on special occasions. Maybe twice a week. I try to avoid straight indica. (CBD deterrence factors in I think.) I don't drink, I run 2 miles daily, and I eat low-carb Mediterranean. It has changed my life. I am a different person.
The only negative? Learning how to function as a different person in the same environment. But after a few years, I think maybe I've figured it out?
This is an important issue because it combines all of life's factors into one equation. Great piece of writing. Thanks.
