I run. I should do more, but my joints hurt. Still, I am faithful with my running. I was also faithful with my running when I weighed 350 pounds. The thing is, it doesn’t matter what people think or say. You could even make a case that most guys think the way girls exercise with their elastic straps IS kind of funny. Big deal. Today I proudly run without a shirt, my loose skin shaking with every step. When I see a girl running, regardless of how she looks, I’ll honk, wave, and give her a thumbs-up.

People know when you are fat and out of shape. Their not acknowledging it doesn’t mean they don’t notice. But much more important is that YOU ARE TRYING WHEN YOU EXERCISE. And that is a very big deal.
