I personally eat low carb, which limits fiber a bit. I try to eat a lot of allowable greens and the like…but the fiber-super-hack for me is WHOLE psyllium husk. A couple of handfuls either cooked in food or (easier) gulped down with a half liter of water. I’ve done this for years. It prevents BOTH constipation and diarrhea.
