I lost my appendix due to rupture around the same time I cut all the sugar etc from my life. I do take an occasional anti-yeast pill followed by a gut-bacteria pill? Not so much anymore because they seem irrelevant. Which I take as a good sign.

(BTW, I had my appendix removed in 1997 at the Medical University in Charleston, SC. They SCOPED it out. In 1997. Remarkable.)
