I have the same thing every morning, in some form or another: Eggs and olive oil. Sometimes eggs fried in olive oil. Sometimes deviled eggs drenched in olive oil. Soft scrambled in olive oil is a favorite. 3 to 4 eggs a day, a liter of olive oil every 10 days or so. Then I usually just skip lunch. I can only say it works great for me.
