I have actually worked in Norway quite a bit, but rarely in Oslo (or OOS-LOO lol). Never had a language problem. Wonderful people, and very American in my mind. Morals, beer, weaker coffee, more reminiscent of America that Sweden, for example.

Not sure now (laptops and all) but in the old days you could change the keyboard setup with KEYBNO, as long as you could remember where the characters were.
