I fully support what you have written. Personally, I eat what I want as well, and as much as I want.

The problem I personally had was turning off the compulsiveness that overrode the "want". I wasn't eating what I wanted, I was eating what I was compulsively driven to eat. Blessedly, once I resolved the compulsiveness, the natural part took over.

On the other hand I don't have PCOS. What a bitch of a problem that must be: I have two friends with it and both struggle with their weight with horrible results.
