I eat low-carb Mediterranean. Mission makes a carb-balance tortilla that is very low in carbs. I think maybe 6g in a big, whole-wheat one. They make a great wrap for Mediterranean delights. I coat them in olive oil and crisp them for a few minutes in the microwave. Great chips for guacamole, hummus, you name it. Un-crisped, them make good wraps for shrimp, tuna, and stuff like that. Or crisp a whole one as a pizza base. (But watch the sugar in the pizza sauce!)
