I eat low carb. Every morning, without fail, I eat eggs and olive oil for breakfast. In some form. Scrambled, fried, hardboiled and sliced, deviled and drenched in the olive oil...but always eggs and olive oil. And maybe a liter of (good quality) olive oil every ten days?
At least every other day I eat greens. From salads to roasted collards, I eat a good bit of them.
I cannot endorse your recommendation highly enough. I don't eat tons of meat, so the liver gets lost a bit in the rotation. But this is a spectacular way of eating and I highly endorse your recommendation. Not that I am any kind of an expert, but it follows what I normally do.
