I don't mean this to be critical, nor do I disagree with you. But I grew up in an era when we had no idea about ADD. And I struggled. My first time through college, I had something like a 2.2 GPA. Then I learned OCD tips to compensate. My second time in college was a perfect 4.0 GPA.

At times, I let my ADD go, because I feel like I am trapped if not. Times like now: a little holiday break. (Or I would not be writing you now?) But the weird, obsessive approach to important things is how I cope.

All that said, what I do works for ME! But I would never recommend it to someone else. Nor would I ever disagree with your approach for others. I simply think it is an important component of behavior modification to understand how each of us is wired?

One more thing: I saved your piece and want to read it when I have more time to think about it as I read. I wrote this reminder down. I WILL do this. lol
