I am not the expert you are. But I view Sweden as more European and Norway as more American. I say this regarding sex (and morals), beer, and coffee. Dating in Norway is similar to America...I feel very much at home. In Sweden, I go into more of a European (looser) mode. Just a simple observation from an outsider.

I shouldn't say this, but I remember naked summer skiing in Sweden with Norwegian friends. As we crossed the border, they began speaking English, even among themselves. And the more conservative Norwegian girls transformed into wild Swedes. I really don't think my mind is making this up. I really think the observation is true. But please feel free to correct me. lol
