For me, I began to run 2 miles a day, eliminated all sugars, and switched to a low-carb, Mediterranean diet that suits me well. Why mention that? Because my entire life and personality changed suddenly and severely for the better. Now I am so much better suited to life. My life is now much lower-stress these days. 120 pounds total so far. Hard to believe.
I have to agree with you and your stress premise. I might have lived it?
