Calories don't really apply in low-carb/keto because it is a different respiration pathway. But I eat about half of the foods you've listed regularly. Not the beans, but a little hummus for instance. And I eat a liter of olive oil a week. Which would never work on a normal respiration pathway because of the calories. A GOOD FRIEND IS VEGAN. WE NEVER HAVE PROBLEMS...SO STRANGE BUT WE EAT SO MANY OF THE SAME FOODS.
