Brilliant as always. I did have one comment: Shouldn't it be noted that for the body to make serum cholesterol, it needs fructose? I am living proof. When I dropped sugars, my total (fasting) cholesterol dropped from 258 to 140. I eat the fat on my steak, and a liter of olive oil every week or so.
I understand the lipoprotein issues. But aren't they ultimately secondary to sugar consumption?
