Admittedly this isn’t for everyone, but I found that a daily handful of whole psyllium husk in a half-liter of water works wonders with the low carb lifestyle, otherwise. I used to have a BAD eating disorder. Now, I am a classic picky eater. It has literally changed my life. The low carb I mean, not the psyllium. Though the psyllium helps a lot.
