INFJ here. I always thought I was an extrovert??? Apparently I am seriously an introvert and my whole extrovert thing was a giant, pretentious act?

No idea about the psychology behind it, but I am so much happier these days. I am convinced that honesty, even with oneself, is the real key to happiness.

Everyone is different. Personally, I'd most want to lick your neck right at the bottom of your left ear. As a faithful reader, that is just my opinion. hahaha

All joking aside, I feel stuff like that all the time. (My psychologist friend says I am an empath?) I am almost always 100% on point in real life? But rarely am I right when it is a person I only know from online. But it is still a nice thought.

You just did an entire article on thyroid health. And here you only use "iodized" as an adjective for a type of salt? I had to laugh because you are young. Old people like me remember back when salt was iodized...it was THE solution to thyroid dysfunction. Way before your time. (And of course I'm only joking.) LOL

Also, re potassium. The only script I take is lisinopril. Which, as you know, is potassium sparing. I often get low potassium readings because I avoid it so...and actually have to supplement occasionally.

One other thing: As a Floridian , I tend to use (Hispanic) Badia Adobo instead of salt. ANd while it is only maybe 15% less sodium, I use much less of it. With no loss in flavor.
